| Specim has developed several spectral imaging systems that use the direct
sight spectrograph technology. Examples of complete spectral imaging systems are listed
in the following: |
| Desktop and Laboratory Spectral Scanners |
| Desktop Spectral Scanner is a complete application designed for desktop use
to produce a 2D spectral image of a sample. The sample is placed on a moving
X-table in the Desktop Spectral Scanner. The system scans spectral line images
sequentially over the sample through movement of the X-table, providing full spectral
and spatial information for each image pixel of the sample. The system includes light
source to illuminate the sample. |
| Desktop Spectral Scanner is typically capable of scanning a spectral image of
up to A4 size sample in 15 seconds. The dynamic range is 8, 10 or 12 bits depending
on the camera option. The wavelength range follows the spectral ranges of ImSpector
imaging spectrographs. |
Desktop Spectral Scanner is suitable for laboratory or at line industrial use to measure small and slim samples, for example

| VNIR-100 VNIR-100 is a focal plane scanner that can be used in numerous applications, including medical, food quality, and forensics. Spectral imagery is acquired using a pushbroom mechanism that captures spectral data one image line at a time while moving relative to the target. For further information, please contact us. |

| VNIR-100-Micro VNIR-100-Micro is a hyperspectral mi-croscope that captures 2D hyper-spectral images of any sample that can be viewed under an ordinary micro-scope. For further information, please contact us. |

| SOC-700 Visible Spectral Imaging System SOC-700 is a 430-900 nm spectral imaging system that acquires 2D spectral images of a target, processes them and provides the processed results in real-time. The system is portable and easy to set up and it can be used in demanding analysis, quality control and detection work either locally or over a network. For further information, please contact us. |

| Spectral Scanner Option for AISA Systems SPECIM provides a Spectral Scanner option for AISA Hyperspectral Systems. Spectral Scanner option employs a mirror scanner in front of the AISA sensor head to acquire spectral line images sequentially over a fixed target by scanning the field of view of the imaging spectrograph. The system provides then full spectral and spatial information for each pixel of the target. The option makes an AISA sensor that is stationary placed for instance on top of a tripod, suitable for remote sensing in field. The system can measure hyperspectral images over two-dimensional targets, for example

a mirror scanner. The image is a three-band composite visualization of a data cube of 360 (hor)
x 360 (ver) x 30 (spectral) pixels. For further information on Spectral Scanners for terrestrial applications, please contact us. |
